Being a wholly-owned subsidiary of ITE (Holdings) Limited, ITE Engineering Limited (hereinafter known as the "ITEE") is an innovation technology solution provider focusing on smart city, smart home, green energy, and fintech applications. It aims to enhance sustainability and social well-being through the implementation of advanced science and technology.

For years, ITEE has been actively collaborating with local universities and public research institutes on R&D and innovation activities. Major focuses include precision 3-D resolved parallel laser machining, multi-modality high-speed microscope system, non-flammable solid-state rechargeable Li-ion batteries, and EV charging technology.

To support the fight against COVID-19, ITEE developed a production solution "An Integrated Solution for the Detection/Diagnosis/Surveillance of Hygiene Conditions and Deep Cleansing of Public Toilets and Facilities" in 2019. The Solution has been awarded a grant under the "Public Sector Trial Scheme - Special Call for Projects for the Prevention and Control of Coronavirus Disease 2019 in Hong Kong" launched by the Innovation and Technology Commission.

Currently, ITEE is working on a FinTech project, 123pay and 123apps, with its sister company. ITEE focuses on proof-of-concept, designing and development of the 123pay and 123apps applications for Ethereum blockchain based payment, trading, supply chain and e-services platform.
